In this sequence ripped from Metal Gear Solid 4, Dr Hal Emmerich, also known as Otacon gets Snake, MGS4’s main protagonist to change a disc. Snake is instructed to swap disc 1 for disc 2, which the muscle bound warrior has trouble doing. Otacon then realises ‘Wait! We’re on PS3 system! It’s a Blu-ray Disc’. Being a 50GB dual layer disc, there is no need to go to disc 2 as all information is on a single disc. Nice! Funny. An obvious poke at the lower capacity DVD 9 systems employed by Xbox 360 and Wii. Still, so far I haven’t come across a mandatory 20 minute hard drive installation title for the PS3 rivals. 8-)
