If the betas are anywhere near the finished products, we can understand why Adobe's imposing a time limitation - you wouldn't call Creative Suite or its components cheap software, and the company wouldn't want to forego licence revenue until the new versions ship. But 48 hours seems stingy, especially as we'd imagine most potential testers would be exploring the software in between doing real work with their existing software. Still, this is a beta, not a trial version. "This early release software gives our loyal customers a taste of the radical workflow enhancements that we have in store, as we redefine how designers and developers collaborate to deliver stand-out digital experiences," said David Burkett, vice president of product management for Adobe Creative Suite.
