The majority of Smith's 30-year management and sales career has been with CA, and his earlier positions include country manager roles in Australia, Korea and Hong Kong. Before joining the company he was CEO for Australia and New Zealand at Ariba and was technical support operations maanger at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
