Company officials claim Internode gains high scores for customer satisfaction in national surveys. This assertion is supported by the most recent survey carried out by broadband user site Whirlpool - over 95 percent of Internode-using respondents said they would recommend it to others. But the company's pricing wasn't so popular. 64 percent of former customers said price was a reason why they left Internode. Only Telstra did worse in that respect, with 77.5 percent. So when Internode product manager Jim Kellett said "We now have a broader range of more affordable plans, so the free churn offer makes Internode even more attractive," he may well be on the right lines - especially as the company still does not charge for uploads. |
