To make matters worse, ASU automatically selects all available updates, leading some unobservant users to complain that they had been tricked into installing the application. Version 2.1.0.110 takes a different tack and displays two separate lists of software: one for updates to installed programs, another for new software. The new version can be installed via Apple Software Update, and is presumably being bundled with subsequent versions of software such as iTunes and Safari. |
