Anti-paedophilia and anti-terrorism concerns are all good and fine – I’m as against paedophiles and terrorists as the next person. But blanket powers to snoop on all email communications – and the proposed censorship of all Internet access in Australia is the slippery slope on the road to serfdom, Government oppression and the totalitarian state.
