Single player is fun, but multiplayer is more fun.  Three friends can join you in your own living room, or take to one of the themed lobbies online for some world wide EG:WT fun.

Join in a up to 50 player game for a round of golf.  Create an Avatar to take online (at least to the lobbies and leader boards during the game) and submit your registration to a game, or host your own.

Once in game, each player has a set amount of time to complete each hole in turn, once complete you are returned to the scoreboard to watch the rest of the competitors complete the same hole.  This is a fantastic system allowing everybody to play at once rather than wait in turn for each player to have their shot.  It works well and means you can power through online games.

EG:WT retains the addictiveness of all good golf games without bogging down too much in a simulation bunker.

It would have been nice to take your Mii like creations onto the golf courses with you and you really do need to turn the music off early on to lower the saccharine  levels somewhat, but all up EG:WT makes the cut.
