Wii Fit provides users with a detailed analysis of their physical condition by analysing their BMI (Body Mass Index) and centre of gravity. After checking their BMI, users do a simple balance test in order to be assigned their Wii Fit age…and then they’re ready to get ‘Wii Fit’. Visitors to the expo will be welcome to try out Wii Fit before it is available in stores around Australia on May 8, 2008. The Australian Fitness Expo will feature over 300 exhibitors showcasing an array of the absolute latest products and services for the fitness market, including sports & active wear, footwear, strength & cardiovascular equipment, educational aids, health, beauty & wellness, nutrition, beverages & supplements, pilates, personal training, yoga instructors, free participatory classes, spa equipment, massages, treatments, natural healthcare products and all manner of training aids to be used at home, at the office or the gym. A FREE demonstration and entertainment program will be held at the expo each day, including group demonstrations of some of the latest equipment, aerobics, healthy living presentations, fashion parades and fitness workouts and participatory yoga sessions. “Anyone with an interest in health, fitness, wellbeing and natural relaxation methods should mark a visit to the Australian Fitness Expo in their diary.
