Page 2 of 2 Viagra basically works by relaxing smooth muscles in the penis, allowing for increased inflow of blood and, thus, an erection. An average price for one pill is about US$10. Most men use 25 milligrams to 100 milligrams about 30 minutes to four hours before sexual intercourse. It is not recommended to use it more than once per day. Before using Viagra®, which comes only in prescription form, ask your doctor about specifics for its use. Viagra® is not recommended for men with cardiovascular problems, decreased liver function, impaired renal/kidney function, low blood pressure, increased risks from strokes or heart attacks (or recent episodes of stroke or heart attack), and other such medical problems. Again, consult your doctor as to whether you could take Viagra. Remember, Bob Dole is a politician not a practicing physician. And, all musical band members should not necessarily take Viagra.
