Having to rework a security update is an embarrassment, even if the security content doesn't change.

Apple has released a new version of Security Update 2008-002 for the desktop and server versions of Mac OS X 10.5.2.

Version 1.1 "addresses reliability issues with the 'Printer Settings...' button in Aperture 2.0".

According to user reports (eg, via MacFixIt) Security Update 2008-002 did indeed cause printing problems when you needed to change the settings, and there are also reports of functionality being restored by the new version of the update.

According to Apple, version 1.1 is delivered via Software Update in two situations: if version 1.0 has not been installed, or if version 1.0 and Aperture 2 are both installed.
