New MD for Lenovo ANZ

! The Australia and New Zealand office of PC maker Lenovo has appointed 20 year PC industry veteran Phil Cameron as the new Managing Director, effective immediately. Cameron succeeds Alan Munro, who has relocated to an international role within Lenovo. Cameron was Corporate Sales Director for Lenovo Australia and New Zealand since the company’s acquisition of the IBM PC Division in May 2005. Prior to that, he was Channel Manager for IBM Personal Computing Division Australia/New Zealand. Cameron also worked for Toshiba for more than a decade as National Sales Manager, and in a range of other business and marketing roles.
