However, McBride did say she regretted Hyde's resignation, and sincerely thanked him for his valued contributions to the company over the last five years. Tim Ebbeck, Australia-based regional senior vice president and chief commercial officer, will keep the ANZ chief's chair warm on an acting basis. "I welcome Tim to his new role and I am confident that he will again provide strong leadership and commercial success, as we work together driving the ANZ markets forward," said McBride.
