BigAir says it can provide "brand new desktop IP phones from $250, which include PABX functionality and competitive call rates including 10c local calls, and 10c untimed long distance to capital cities including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane." Calls to fixed lines in popular international destinations such as the USA, UK, HK, and Japan are 5c per minute. In-dial numbers are available from $5 per month. PABX features offered with include call grouping, call waiting, voice mail, IVR, auto attendant and call forwarding, or the VoIP service can simply interact to and existing PABX system. BigAir also offers web hosting, email services, VPNs and business-grade broadband services.
