The Salvation Army has chosen StayinFront to develop a donor relationship management system for its Australia eastern territory.

The company will integrate its CRM Web, Marketing Center, Analytics and Opportunity Management products with tThe Salvation Army's existing systems including websites, address validation software, Lotus Notes/Domino, Finance One (donation and bank reconciliation application) and various credit card gateways.

"We have a proliferation of databases and information silos that we need to bring together into an integrated CRM solution that will ensure we employ consistent methods of managing our valuable supporter data, and better understand our relationships with our supporters," said supporter relationship management program director John Herring.

StayinFront managing director Kerrie-Anne Turner said "We are honoured to have this important opportunity to partner with The Salvation Army to apply our advanced technology and proven expertise to help one of Australia's leading charity organisations to significantly enhance its operational effectiveness."

StayinFront systems can be deployed on Windows desktops, Windows Mobile devices, PDAs and tablets. The web version users Microsoft's Smart Client technology to provide the look and feel of desktop applications with the ease of deployment that comes with browser-based applications.
