Pronto Software has appointed Chad Gates as retail product manager. Gates has been driving the Australian Retail Association's national policy, in the position of Victorian IT Manager. He has over 15 years experience in the Retail industry, with the last 6 years working at the association driving such initiatives as the EAN knowledge centre, RFID Action Australia and the retail technology show.
