| Editure appoints Chief Executive Officer |

Editure, the education services company, has appointed Joe Ewart as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Ewart, a member of the Editure
board for a number of years, succeeds Kim Ford. Mr Ford recently decided to step back from day-to-day operations after
14 successful years with the company. Mr
Ford will continue as a member of the Editure board of directors.
Mr Ewart brings to the role broad international business
experience in a range of different industries. He has extensive experience in investment banking and financial services
in both the United States and Australia, with a particular focus on strategic advisory
assignments, M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr Ewart held senior positions with firms such
as Goldman Sachs JBWere, Deutsche Bank Securities, BT Wolfensohn and Bankers
Trust Australia.
Beyond responsibility for the day-to-day operations of
Editure, Mr Ewart will focus on continuing to expand the business. In recent years, Editure has been highly
successful in expanding its business internationally, particularly in the
