| Exinda Networks Awarded $1.2 Million Contract From Malaysia's Government Integrated Telecom Network |

Exinda Networks’ WAN optimisation appliances will ensure that network applications respond quickly to end user requests. The appliances classify, prioritise and compress network traffic while controlling non-essential traffic such as recreational Web applications. WAN optimisation will help GITN reduce network operating costs by maximising its network investment. GITN selected Exinda Networks as its WAN optimisation vendor because Exinda’s products are easy to use and provide effective network traffic management at an affordable price. Software upgrades for a select number of Exinda x700 appliances will enable GITN to accelerate mission critical applications on the optimised network. GITN will also use Service Delivery Point (SDP), an Exinda Web-hosted software-as-a-service for centrally managing all the appliances deployed throughout the network via a Web browser.
