Geddes joins Exinda Networks with more than 20 years of experience in the IT and financial services industries. Geddes was formerly the director of Mobility Solutions for Sybase where he was responsible for revenue generation, marketing and strategic positioning of all Sybase iAnywhere solutions in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, he spent five years at Telstra in several management roles. He was promoted from group manager for market development to general manager of sales for Wireless Data Sales and Solutions for Telstra Mobile. During this time, he created new channels to market for Telstra’s mobile broadband solutions, introduced the RIM Blackberry solution to Australian business and established the company’s first Australia-wide wireless data sales team.
