Tandberg will continue to develop and support its own product lines as well as Codian's, company officials said. Codian recently demonstrated 1080p videoconferencing using an MCU 4500 Series voice and video bridge. This product family received the 2007 Global Frost & Sullivan Award for the best new videoconferencing infrastructure product. "Codian has taken the power, versatility, and design of a videoconferencing MCU to a new level," said research analyst Roopam Jain. "In recent quarters, the company has seen significant success for its videoconferencing products in a market that is highly competitive." |
