Tom Miller, vice president and general manager of Trend Micro Global Enterprise Business, said: "We looked at a number of [OS X security] providers, but Intego stood out from the pack. Trend Micro will supply and support Intego's VirusBarrier X4 (endpoint), VirusBarrier Server, and VirusBarrier Mail Gateway, claimed to provide full protection from all known viruses. Also available is a remote management console to enable management of Intego software on any number of Macs on a network. Intego claims to provide the widest range of software to protect users and their Macs from the dangers of the Internet. It has more than one million users in over 60 countries.
