OneStream uses MPLS and an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) VoIP softswitch to deliver both voice and data – reducing the cost and complexity associated with delivering these services, and improving response and restoration times. The roll out of Commander OneStream marks the second stage of Commander's implementation of a full end-to-end IP solution for Kleenmaid. In December 2006, Commander and Nortel installed an integrated Nortel IP PBX and contact centre into Kleenmaid's head office.
