Feltscheer joined TechnologyOne more than seven years ago after his part-ownership of ProClaim Software, a privately owned software house providing software systems to the Local Government market, was acquired by TechnologyOne.

Following the successful appointment of Michael Preedy to General Manager – Property & Local Government in February, TechnologyOne is continuing to enhance its ‘best-in-class’ Property & Rating and Performance Planning software, with the creation of the National Consulting Manager role.

Feltscheer is charged with leading and supporting the growth of the Property & Rating consulting practice with a focus on the continued effective delivery of services to TechnologyOne’s clients through training, education and documentation to support the new Connected Intelligence (Ci) Property & Rating solutions.

Feltscheer has an extensive background in local government that dates back to 1981. His previous role with TechnologyOne was Consulting Manager – NSW.  In this role, Feltscheer was responsible for fiscal management, project and risk management execution, service delivery, team leadership, human resources administration, consulting practice management, client satisfaction and sales support.
