The new applications available on 3 neXt are not controlled or sponsored by 3, but 3 says they have been through a basic review and typically rely on a higher than usual amount of Internet use, which compliments the X-Series packages. Noel Hamill, 3's director sales, marketing and product, said: "The tools and applications featured on neXt are some of the most exciting developed for mobile broadband. As the neXt community grows and more people suggest applications and mobile sites to try, that mobile experience will extend further – and I'd encourage Australian developers working on applications for the mobile to check out neXt and consider submitting their service for review."
