AT&T has introduced a $US10 DSL plan to meet one of the conditions set by regulators before they approved the AT&T/BellSouth merger. Featured Whitepaper

The plan is only available to new customers, defined as those who have not purchased DSL from AT&T or BellSouth during the last 12 months.
