Author of Standards Australia’s handbook 171 Guidelines for the Management of IT Evidence, Ghosh is best known for his expert testimony and as a litigation coach. He has been a variety of criminal and civil cases, ranging from fraud, homicide, drugs, corruption, terrorism and child pornography. He is the independent expert for Australia’s largest corporate investigations. Ghosh is accredited by the Defence Signals Directorate as an iRAP information security assessor and is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). He joins LogicaCMG from Commander Communications, where he was chief security officer with responsibility for the computer forensic and litigation support team. Prior to that, he had senior roles in consulting, banking and law enforcement. “Mr Ghosh combines a strong security background with a proven track record of being able to deliver quality solutions which enhance an organisation’s ability to mitigate risk yet protect their critical assets from the growing number of cyber threats.
