EU warned to be careful on any Microsoft break-up

BRUSSELS, May 8 (Reuters) - A former U.S. justice official who tried to break up Microsoft (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research seven years ago has urged the European Commission to tread cautiously if it tries to do the same.
