5 Best Practices for Smartphone Support
It is UXC's third major government contract since March this year. Others were the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Consular Assistance and Information System, and the Department of Health and Ageing Interactive Communications Facility for the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. Internationally, DFAT will maintain its existing voice networking system. However, according to UXC, staff will share the same user interface and functionality - helping streamline communication and improve productivity. This functionality includes: - unified messaging that provides a single multimedia mailbox for all messages, including voice, email or fax accessible from anywhere in the world. - PC telephony that enable mobility, conference calls and access to a universal directory for all DFAT staff; - one number for each person, regardless of location with call routing and screening functions. - web and audio conferencing, document sharing and collaboration.{moscomment} |
