Cablevision loses network DVR court case

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Cablevision Systems Corp. (CVC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) has lost a legal battle against several Hollywood studios and television networks to introduce a network-based digital video recorder service to its subscribers.
