UPDATE 1-Nokia files claims against Qualcomm in Europe E-mail

HELSINKI, March 19 (Reuters) - The world's top cellphone maker Nokia (NOK1V.HE: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Monday it had filed complaints against Qualcomm (QCOM.O: Quote, Profile, Research) patents in Germany and the Netherlands in the latest case between the two technology giants.
