Telecom NZ & TelstraClear settle their differences

Telecom New Zealand and TelstraClear says they have reached agreement on a number of longstanding issues including interconnection, wholesaling and Unbundled Bitstream Service (UBS). The deal includes a one-off payment of $NZ17.5 million by Telecom NZ to TelstraClear, principally made up of back-dated price changes.
