The Game Developers’ Association of Australia (GDAA) has announced the first group of keynote speakers lined up for Game Connect: Asia Pacific 09. Delegates will have the chance to gain industry insights from colleagues with development experience in such landmark titles as Deus Ex, Ultima Underworld and God of War.

Publisher NAMCO BANDAI has released details of a new Intellectual Property from the developers of Heavenly Sword and Kung Fu Chaos. Enslaved takes place 150 years in the future in a world at war, a situation that can only be rectified by PS3 and Xbox 360 owners.

Sony announcements from the Tokyo Game Show today include an expected date for the PS3 motion controller as well as games that will use the feature. Sony has also released sales details for the recently marketed remodelling of the PlayStation 3, the PS3 Slim.

Project Natal promises a gaming experience requiring no controller to play. Unveiled at E3, the Project Natal device plugs into an Xbox 360 and gives players a chance to control in-game action with their own body movements. At the Tokyo Game Show today Microsoft has announced the publishers and developers who are hard at work to bring Project Natal enabled titles into the living room.

It was a strong rumour going into the Tokyo Game Show and now Nintendo have confirmed a significant price cut to the very popular Wii video game console. Nintendo also announced release dates for Wii-Fit Plus and New Super Mario Bros.
