IT services provider, TUSC, has recently appointed IT&T industry veteran John Gugel as general manager of its telecommunications business. Gugel has a strong combination of IT and telecommunications industry expertise plus senior management experience gained at Dexterra, Telstra, Price Waterhouse, Amcor and ANL.He replaces Rod Bower, who intends to retire by the end of the year after eight years of service. As a part of a transition program, Bower will provide hands-on support and advice to Gugel until his retirement, and will then be available to provide consultancy services as needed. |

Listed IT services provider, Oakton Limited, has enlisted a new recruit for its Melbourne office. Mark Roworth will look after the Microsoft solutions. Roworth has joined Microsoft Package Solutions as the regional service line manager for Victoria. He has more than 12 years experience in the IT and management consulting industry with a majority of that time being spent at KPMG Consulting and more recently Fujitsu Australia Limited. In recent years Mark has been heavily focused on consulting practice development including the establishment of CRM and e-business lines at KPMG and Fujitsu and will now focus on the continued build of the Oakton MPS business." |
