SAP Asia Pacific has appointed Simon Dale to the new strategic position as chief technology officer for Asia Pacific. Effective immediately, Dale will be responsible for the delivery of the Enterprise Services Architecture (ESA) and the transition of SAP’s Asia Pacific customers and partners to its Business Process Platform (BPP). Based in SAP’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, Dale continues to be a member of SAP’s Asia Pacific management team and will report to SAP Asia Pacific President & CEO Hans-Peter Klaey.Dale will also continue to be the vice president of the regional SAP NetWeaver business development team. |

Printers vendor, Fuji Xerox Australia, has appointed Timothy Azzopardi as national office colour programs manager, based in Sydney head office. Azzopardi will be responsible for developing and implementing product and marketing strategies for the colour multifunction device range. He has been with Fuji Xerox for more than 13 years and has held several technical, sales and sales management roles across both the office and production solutions business. Most recently he was a business development manager, production services business group. |

Unfied data management specialist CommVault Systems has added two new appointments to its Australian sales team. Edward Garnett has been appointed sales manager ACT and Ernesto Calderon as national pre-sales consultant. Garnett joins CommVault with more than ten years experience in the ACT market. Prior to CommVault, Garnett spent four years as business development manager at MaXware of Norway based in Canberra and then as country manager. Calderon has close to ten years experience at Dell and ComTech/Dimension Data. |
