A Columbia University study is lending credence to the idea that young children who live along tree-lined streets have lower rates of asthma than other children living in New York City.

According to a NIAAA study, subjects in an inebriated state were found to do “dumb stuff” because the parts of the brain that recognize dangers is less active—making perceived threats look less dangerous.

The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index has been developed to assess the general health and happiness of people in the United States. However, its results aren’t too rosy. About 51% of Americans are unhappy, but 49% of you guys are happy (Good going!!)

A Baylor University study in the United States has shown that shiny lip balms and lip glosses does not protect oneself from ultraviolet sunlight and, thus, may increase the risk of skin cancer. See what the doctor says to do!
