Canadian engineer Chris Lee and American engineer Mohamed Abdel-Aty discovered that the more passengers in a car actually makes the driver safer, except when young adults are behind the wheel with passengers younger than them.

Two unique studies, one from Australia and the other from Switzerland, have researched how the brain works while sleeping and awake. The conclusions are: get a good night’s sleep and be mentally active while awake, and you'll reduce the risk of memory diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s.

A study performed by the Wake Forest University School of Medicine shows that farm-raised tilapia has low levels of “healthy” omega-3 fatty acids and very high levels of “unhealthy” omega-6 fatty acids. Check out the two “good” types of fish, as found in the study, and one other “bad” fish.
