Oslo-based browser maker Opera has released a new version of its browser optimised for mobile phones called Opera Mini 4. According to Opera, the new broser enables users see the page exactly as it appears on their computers. Users can zoom into the pages or select small screen rendering to eliminate horizontal scrolling.
