Based in Sydney, Taylor will be responsible for strengthening Juniper’s service offering for the enterprise. Taylor has more than 25 years industry experience. He will report to Mike Lorge, managing director of Sage Business Solutions. Orleow has a commercial and strategic background. He trained as a chartered accountant in South Africa and has spent the last decade in commercial and financial roles, primarily in the high tech sector. He has run his own venture capital company, focusing on IT businesses, and spent several years developing growth strategies for new companies, or turnaround strategies for ailing divisions of existing organisations. Before that, as finance and commercial director of iAfrica.com, he was responsible for taking this early Internet publishing portal in South Africa from the business plan to becoming listed entity. Three years ago, and before joining Sage, Orleow came to Australia to establish the local operation of Striata, an electronic billing (EBPP) solution vendor.
