Macquarie Telecom and Optus Networks have each notified the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) of access disputes with Telstra concerning the unconditioned local loop service (ULLS). Even though the ACCC recently made final determinations in 18 access disputes, an astounding 35 are still being arbitrated.

ACCC still monitoring eBay, PayPal a bank?

Looks like the ACCC still has eBay well under its investigative sights despite not officially saying anything since eBay withdrew its notice to force buyers to use PayPal while claiming to have received ACCC authorisation to continue compelling sellers to use PayPal whether they want to or not!
