eBay has issued a statement on its Australian website expressing its disappointment that Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has blocked its plan to enforce the use of PayPal on the eBay Australia site. However, with just about everyone outside eBay agreeing with the ACCC decision, eBay has incredibly decided to challenge the ruling.
