The world mass media seems to have prosecuted and proven guilty a NASA astronaut recently—at least by their aggressive reporting and over-analyzing on television and other media sources. However, under the laws of the United States of America, all citizens of the United States accused in criminal trials are granted the legal right to be presumed innocent until convicted by a court of law.
