The Document Factory (TDF) is excited to announce the appointment of Pete Martin as its General Manager -Business and Strategy; as the company continues to strengthen its position in the communications industry.

'Pete's extensive leadership and project delivery experience within a tier one bank both domestically and internationally, has had him exposed to business leadership, process design and fiscal control amongst the many attributes which Pete brings to TDF. MBA Qualified, Pete bridges the gaps needed for TDF to take the next steps to be operationally successful.'
Pete previously had a twenty plus year career in the finance sector as well as successfully operating a small business. 'I was successful in my career due to my application of robust commercial principals and applying a methodology of running businesses as if they were my own. Since my initial discussions with Rob some 4 years ago, I have been interested in the unique concept that TDF brings to the table and in particular the opportunity to commence at the embryonic stage of this exciting venture.'

TDF is a privately held company founded, along with The Strategy Factory, in late 2007.
