Progress Software Appoints Jeremy Goddard as Country Manager

Progress Software has appointed Jeremy Goddard as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand.  

Jeremy Goddard’s responsibilities include management of the sales team as well as all license and solutions sales to Direct Accounts and through Progress' 50 local Application Partners who sell their Progress-based software solutions to a variety of verticals. A prime focus will be working with Partners to help them take advantage of SaaS (Software as a Service), enabling them to expand into new geographical markets and additional segments of existing markets.  Additionally, Goddard has dedicated sales teams focusing on the Finance sector, specifically with the Apama Algorithmic Trading Platform, and on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) with the Sonic and Actional product sets. 

Goddard brings considerable experience and expertise in sales leadership to this role from SSA Global, Connect.com.au and IBM.  Most recently he was VP for South Asia and Pacific at SSA Global, driving over 400% revenue growth in 3 years.

Goddard is based in North Sydney.
