CPS Technology Group, a leading provider of integrated voice and data communication solutions in Australia, has appointed new key managers to continue with the company’s exciting growth:
Andrew Dale, National General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Michael Langford, National Manager, Strategic Partner Alliances, and David Watt, Regional Manager, QLD & NT
Andrew Dale, National General Manager, Sales & Marketing, will be responsible for building on the ever growing success story of CPS Technology. Mr Dale has spent the past twenty three years working in strategic areas of the computer and telephony industry.
Most recently, Mr Dale had the responsibility of growing Harris Technology’s Southern region’s business and bringing a greater IT knowledge base to the company. As co-founder of Circa Telecommunications, Mr Dale and his partners designed, built and delivered a pre-paid phone card system based around IVR technology. The business was sold to the Cable & Wireless / Optus group and was renamed Global Card services.
Michael Langford, National Manager, Strategic Partner Alliances, has been appointed to develop strong strategic alliances and develop new channel partners nationally.
Most recently, Mr Langford was responsible for developing and supporting partner relationships throughout the Asia Pacific region for business intelligence and workforce optimisation solutions for Call Centre organisations.
He was also International General Manager for Active Voice Corporation (USA), where he was responsible for the company’s channel business and developed its Australian business to become the company’s leading subsidiary operation.
David Watt, Regional Manager, QLD & NT joins CPS to expand their presence in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Mr Watt began his sales career within the IT industry over 20 years ago. He has experience in marketing specialised software, systems integration, telecommunications, and services to both government agencies and private industry.
