IDT Announce Exclusive Distribution Deal for Planar Projectors

Sydney, AUSTRALIA – 25 September 2007 – Image Design Technology (IDT) has today announced an exclusive partnership with Planar to distribute their complete range of projectors across Australia and New Zealand. Planar is one of the world’s leading display manufacturers and this agreement adds to the current Planar product range of high resolution video cube and flat panel LCD products presently distributed by IDT.

Planar’s new line of projectors offers businesses, government and educational institutions a variety of high-quality projection display solutions ideal for use in spaces such as the corporate boardroom and for classroom teaching and learning. The cost effective range includes fixed installation as well as portable and mounted solutions.

All Planar Projectors are built exclusively using DLP® technology by Texas Instruments, and are backed by Planar's three year warranty. Each projector is tailored to address varying customer needs and applications, with high resolution colour displays and enhanced connectivity allowing for maximum presentation impact. Planar Projectors also feature easy lamp replacement even while ceiling mounted, and monitor loop-through. Planar Projectors also include separate audio and video inputs for both computer and video.
