During his 27-year career Mr Hebron has specialised in sales of complex high-value solutions within the business-to-business environment for major players in the IT, telecommunications, manufacturing and chemicals industries.
Prior to joining SimCorp, Mr Hebron was Northern Region sales manager for MRO Software, the leading provider of enterprise asset management and IT service management solutions, which was acquired in 2006 by IBM. In earlier roles at Alcatel Australia and Unisys Australia he led teams of sales executives offering system integration solutions to prominent companies in the telecommunications, manufacturing and retail sectors. In each of these roles and during his eight-year period at Amcor Packaging where he was sales and marketing manager SE states, the emphasis was on a structured, methodology-based approach to selling.“Norm brings a wealth of experience in relationship building and sales management skills in an environment where long-term contracts and successful internal and external relationships are the desired outcome,” says Mr Quin.
