Jim Hendrickson, Vice President of Corporate Development for Sterling Commerce, will present a plenary session, on Thursday 21 June at 1.45pm entitled “Customer-centric strategies – picking the winning solutions.” (This session is part of the conference itself and only registered SMART delegates may attend.)
