TXT4 Continues Market Momentum with Account Manager Appointment

TXT4, the pioneer of mobile response marketing, has announced the appointment of Damien Crawford as an Account Manager based in the organisation’s Sydney office.   
Crawford joins TXT4 with ten years’ experience in a variety of customer service supporting organisations.  At TXT4, he will be responsible for working within TXT4’s business development team and handling ongoing customer relationship management for the organisation’s clients which include TAB, World Vision, St.George, HBA, Foxtel, Ford, Australian Defence Force, Volkswagen, Dell, Citroen and BMW.

At the same time, Crawford will oversee campaigns for TXT4’s fast-growing client base participating in an industry pilot currently underway under the auspices of the Communications Alliance which is allowing consumers to respond to broadcast advertising campaigns by sending SMS messages to a limited number of corporate local?rate (13/1300) numbers.
 
Crawford joins TXT4 from FleetAustralia, one of the country’s leading fleet management and leasing solutions companies, where he was a Business Relationship and Development Manager. During his four years with the organisation, Crawford reported on key dealer performance, ensured that key business indicators were reached in the company’s novated fleet division and developed solutions to meet corporate customer requirements at both an executive and end user level.

Crawford holds a Diploma in Business Marketing and Business Management.
