Sterling Commerce Strengthens ANZ Sales Team with Client Manager - Retail/Supply Chain Appointment

Sterling Commerce, the multi-enterprise collaboration company and a subsidiary of AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T), has announced the appointment of Josh Brammer as Client Manager, Retail and Supply Chain.
Based in Melbourne, Brammer will be responsible for sales and support of Sterling Commerce’s multi-channel selling and fulfillment solutions among Australia and New Zealand’s large enterprises and government departments.
 
Brammer has ten years’ experience in the IT industry and was formerly Senior Services Delivery Consultant with Sterling Commerce at its headquarters in Ohio where he was instrumental in securing sales in major US retailers, including Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, The Gap, Circuit City, The Limited, Victoria’s Secret, DSW, Cabela’s, QVC, and Do It Best. Prior, as Customer Account Manager, he assisted Motorola’s global redeployment of its warehouse management and built executive-level relationships with other Sterling Commerce’s customers including, DHL, AT&T, Toshiba, and The Home Depot.
 
Previously, Brammer worked as a Senior Consultant at Yantra Corporation, a company which had world-leading applications for order management and supply chain visibility and was subsequently acquired by Sterling Commerce.  During this time, he worked closely with the organisation’s partners including Accenture, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Northrop Grumman, Comergent and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and researched government, military and retail processes to design and create new best-practice methodologies. Between 2000-2003, Brammer also worked as a Presales Consultant and scoped roadmap design of Yantra’s Distributed Commerce Management solution.

Brammer has also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Novell where he specialised in enterprise messaging software and achieved Certified NetWare engineer for GroupWise and Netware.  He also holds a Bachelor Science in Management from Brigham University, Provo, Utah.
