Australia’s small and medium sized businesses now have a direct connection with Microsoft’s Early Adoption Programs, thanks to a local IT service company.
Total Network Support (TNS), based in South Melbourne, Victoria, is the only Microsoft Small Business specialist in Australia to be a part of the Office 2007 Rapid Deployment Program (RDP) and Vista Technology Adoption Program.
As well, TNS is involved in a range of important Microsoft product initiatives including Technology Adoption Programs for Longhorn Server, System Centre Essentials, Office Communications Server 2007, Virtual PC 2007, Centro and Windows Home Server.
The Technology Adoption Programs are designed to provide a consistent experience for Microsoft partners to obtain real-world customer feedback on Microsoft pre-release products. The powerful benefits to partners and clients who participate include product engineering, help in deploying Microsoft Solutions to clients and early product education which is beneficial to both clients and partners involved.
