NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of cloud computing business management software suites, today announced the launch of the NetSuite Channel Program, a major new channel program tailored for the Asia Pacific region. The new NetSuite Channel Program will enable solution providers across a variety of industries to tap into the power and flexibility of NetSuite's leading cloud-based business management applications for firms of all sizes. For more information about NetSuite's Asia Pacific (APAC) channel program, visit www.netsuite.com/au-partners.
According to industry analyst firm Springboard Research, enterprise spending on Software as a Service (SaaS) in the Asia Pacific (excluding Japan) region is expected to grow at 46 percent between 2008 and 2012, pushing the market to $2.25 billion by 2012. NetSuite, already the world's number one cloud computing business software suite and a Top Ten ERP provider by revenue in North America, according to Gartner Dataquest, is deepening its commitment to the fastest growing region in the world by implementing a formal APAC channel program. Accordingly, NetSuite is looking to recruit a small number of the very best partners throughout APAC to form strong, long term partnerships that deliver unprecedented mutual benefits, including recurring revenue on subscription services, Solution providers will also benefit from the unique renewal margin based on annual renewal revenue, which is designed to reward them for successfully retaining their clients.
The three-tiered program provides a comprehensive partner enablement program using both classroom and e-learning environments, knowledge transfer sessions, and increasing margins on new business and renewals which reward top performers. Subsidised live accounts and demo seats are available to help partner organisations better learn and support the NetSuite environment, including advanced features such as SuiteCloud Connect, which provides instant integration with legacy ERP solutions such as SAP and Oracle. Top tier partners are able to offer NetSuite OneWorld, the world's first seamlessly integrated cloud computing solution for multinational organisations.
The NetSuite Channel Program provides the Advanced Partner Center, an always-available portal, with critical resources to attract and retain customers and stay ahead of competitors. The Advanced Partner Center provides access to lead registration and opportunity protection, marketing collateral, services tools, process and productivity tools. Named channel managers work with NetSuite partners to establish a joint business plan and quickly nurture a joint pipeline to get revenues flowing as quickly as possible.
“Our unique proposition is that we defy the norm in the market – we offer up renewal margin based on annual renewal revenue and reward the partner for their role in successfully retaining the customer. This recurring revenue model, unique in the software market, provides that level of predictability for the entire customer lifespan,” says Chris Schafer, Managing Director, APAC, for NetSuite.
